How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider. Not a staff member of Stilldc Concrete. The provider runs its own business. It sets its own price, schedule and method. We make the introduction. That is all.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few simple steps. You describe your project. Say if it is a driveway or a stamped patio. Mention the age of your house. Share any past repairs you know about. The provider may ask for photos or a site visit. Then they give you a written estimate.
Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
Bring these questions. Listen to how they answer.
- How do you prep the base? A good answer covers compacted gravel, grading and drainage.
- How thick will the slab be? You want a clear number, not a shrug.
- Where will joints go? They should have a plan for cracks.
- What about my older home? They should mention checking for past repairs and buried lines.
- Can I see recent work? Ask for local examples, including stamped concrete patios.
- Is everything in writing? Scope, price, timeline and cleanup.
Red Flags
Walk away if you hear any of these:
- Big pressure to sign today
- A large cash payment up front
- No written quote
- Vague answers about the base
